How do I return an item?

Return requests for damaged material or errors must be approved, processed, and returned to our warehouse within 60 days of the original invoice date. Digital photographs may be necessary for approval. There is a restocking fee of 20 percent or a minimum of $10.00. Spring Creek™ Products will pay for the return freight of approved returns of damaged material as well as wrong material shipped if it is the error of Spring Creek™ Products. Restocking fees will not apply in these situations. Material shipped in error must be returned in sellable condition or it will be returned to the customer and credit denied.
